Ilya Sharov, Executive Director of Infinance, highlighted several aspects of the 2025–2026 tax reform in his speech, including adjustments to the tax base, transformation of indirect taxation, and enhanced fiscal control. The presentation outlined the right to preferential treatment and tax deductions when working with VAT. Concessionary rates are provided for the sale of essential and vital medicines included in the state register. In terms of documentary confirmation, a registration certificate, HS codes, and invoices with a breakdown of the product range are required. Any errors in the documents would constitute grounds for additional tax assessment. It was also noted that R&D is exempt from VAT if it demonstrates scientific novelty, complies with the approved list, and is supported by proper reporting.

Additionally, the program included a presentation of projects by participants of the KhimFarm Valley acceleration program, where speakers showcased their technological solutions developed for the pharmaceutical business.
Specifically, the following were presented: a technology for producing eutectogels using the smart-NADES concept for the treatment of inflammatory and infectious skin diseases; a platinum-based complex in lyophilisate form for preparing an intravenous solution; a drug for allergen-specific immunotherapy of dust allergy; a unified portal for dietary supplements; and innovative hemostatic materials.
